On Saturday night, I was feeling quite restless and upset wit Ramsey, so I went for a drive. I just went South on 65, because I don't know if I ever have before. I saw a sign for "Bernheim Forest", and figured I'd drive through. However, being midnight, they had a gate up so I couldn't. But then on Sunday, Ramsey and I went back. It's wonderful there - my new favorite place. It's filled with hiking trails, fields, and creeks. Ramsey and I only went on two trails, because we didn't get out until the afternoon and it closes like an hour before sundown, but looking at the map I can dream of what else is in store. I only wish Traci could come with me. Being as I am in the city where I miss the woods of home, I immediately filled out and mailed the membership form when I came home, so now I can go every single day if I want to. I can't wait for the spring.
I also want to live somewhere else, with roommates, in the summer. This morning I was at Ramsey's house. Sean made coffee and made me tea, I casually read a magazine while Matthew did homework and Ramsey took a shower. I love their house because in the mornings, in the evenings,we're all together. Not necessarily engaged in each other, but together. It's nice. A lot nicer than waking up alone.
