    <Friend Crush>

    Yesterday, after Kevin got off of work, he, Emily, Wes, and I walked a few blocks to a coffee shop for hot chocolate and snacks. We sat for an hour or two talking, then came back and watched "The Goonies" in Emily's apartment, because she and I had both never seen it. We played Uno and went our seperate ways.

    Although I've known Wes for a few months now, I know we've never had that extent of a conversation, for that long of a time, before. It's always been a few words at parties or a big group talking. Last night I developed a friend crush on him - a phrase Margaret uses to describe that feeling when, every once in a while, you meet someone who is in your opinion is so bursting with awesomeness that you want, more than usual, for that person to think that you are also above-average funny, smart, and interesting. I just think he's the neatest person and I wish that we were better friends.
