<I'll be back in only two days
>
This past weekend I went home. On Friday, we had dinner for Andy's birthday. I gave him a scarf that I made. It was a little too long and little not finished on one side (I ran out of yarn) but I didn't have time to make another one and he didn't seem to mind. After dinner, I went to see Charlie with Dad and Ben. He broke his hip, and now that he's had surgery he's in a nursing home for the physical therapy. Hopefully he'll be out soon.
On Saturday, Mom, Ben, and I went to the farm. Ben went hunting, Mom read in the car, and Traci and I walked in the woods. Afterwards, I went to Joanna's mom's house for a birthday party. It was an odd gathering of people - Me, Joanna, and Carol, of course, but Seth, Pablo, Elizabeth (Joanna's cousin and Pablo's girlfriend), Joanna's uncle Laura and her husband Terry, Carol's boyfriend (and my mom's cousin) Bob, and one of Joanna's friends from Mount St. Joe's. We had soup and opened presents and looked at pictures of Joanna from when she was a baby. Terry made me uncomfortable by being a little too touchy-feely, but I guess I'm over it. I guess he wasn't really being creepy, because his wife didn't seem to mind. I guess I made things up. After the party, I went to Paul's new house and checked it out. I love it because it's dumpy. He lives with Adam and David, who were definitely good to see.
Sunday, we worked in the yard. We let the bunny out, and she ran around while we worked. Ben said she's 6! That blows my mind. I had no idea our rabbit was so old. It didn't suprise me that we've had her that long. It just suprised me that she's that old. Traci's 7 and a half. I feel like I've had her forever. Has it really only been 7 and a half years since that last year of grade school? But I'm a junior in college now! That makes it sound so much longer. I've changed so much. I love her so much.
